Scottish law applies to all orders placed on this website, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of Scotland.
All requests to order goods from Eternal Collection shall be provisional and non-binding unless or until a confirmation of despatch e-mail has been sent to the e-mail address of the person ordering. For the avoidance of doubt, a contract between the parties shall not be established until this takes place.
Every effort is made to ensure that our estimated delivery times are met; however occasionally delays in delivery due to unforeseen factors are inevitable. Eternal Collection shall not be held liable for any delay, or failure to deliver goods within our estimated delivery times.
Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown on this site, are accurate at the time you place your order. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage and packing charges.
If ordering from outside the EU or from the Channel Islands, VAT will automatically be deducted.
If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.
If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. Should you decide to cancel your order, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the items.
Eternal Collection reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Gift vouchers are redeemable by post, telephone and online
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
If the sum of the items purchased exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance of the order must be paid by credit/debit card or by cheque.
If the sum of the goods purchased is less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will remain as a credit on your account and may then be redeemed against future orders.
If you have to return items purchased using gift vouchers, the value of the items returned will be credited to your Eternal Collection account and will be redeemed against future orders.
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
Our gift wrapping service is non-refundable.
Eternal Collection will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that details relating to you, your order & payment are kept secure in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. Unless Eternal Collection is negligent in exercising these responsibilities then Eternal Collection shall not be held liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you. Where you supply data relating to other individuals, you will be deemed to have obtained their agreement to this information being released to us.

Customers are granted permission by us to copy, print or download extracts of material on this site, providing that this is for the purpose of placing an order with us, or other non-commercial personal use.
Any other use of materials on this site without prior written consent from Eternal Collection is strictly prohibited.
If you haven't submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by reducing the quantity in your shopping back to zero and clicking 'OK' on the resultant pop-up.
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can, as orders move rapidly through to our workshop and despatch team. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been despatched. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures. We have a 30-day No Quibble Returns policy.
Once we've heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order only once the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you, in the way detailed above, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Eternal Collection, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
If you paid for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 30 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
You can cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right to do so within seven working days after the day on which you receive the products.
If you wish to cancel your order, please follow the procedure set out in our Returns procedure.
Your right to cancel your contract with us for the goods you have ordered is subject to you not having worn or damaged the jewellery.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office for any returned items, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
One or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email or by telephone, and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
The liability of Eternal Collection in contract (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance of this contract shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. Under no circumstances shall Eternal Collection be liable for any form of indirect or consequential loss, costs or expenses, as a result of this agreement or contract.
We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
We reserve the right to change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
